The fastest 911 ever built has been caught on video sprinting around the Nurburgring.
Yesterday we brought you the first spy shots of the 991-gen Porsche 911 GT2 at the Nurburgring. And thanks to fastsportscardriver we now have the first video of the same prototype lapping the Ring. While the still shots of the car with practically zero camo were awesome, seeing the car in action and hearing the 560-horsepower 3.8-liter turbo-six roar is absolutely epic. With a top speed of over 200 mph and a 0-62 mph time that starts with a two, this is the fastest 911 ever built.
Although it looks ready for Frankfurt, the 991 Porsche 911 GT2 is expected to debut at next year’s Geneva Motor Show. In the meantime, check out the video and get ready to smile.
